Hi, My name is Dia, and I am a brain surgery survivor many times over. I have been diagnosed over the years with, in addition to my arachnoid cyst and hydrocephalus, inflammatory arthritis, brain stem kink, cerebellum sagging, enlarged liver and spleen and soooo much more! I truly feel that I have been sustained all of these what I consider to be my "extra years" because I changed my diet dramatically. 
I have an overabundance of tomatoes ripening in the garden and have had around 3 lbs of them sitting in my fridge for the past few days. So, I thought I would make a soup. Enjoy the video I filmed in high definition just for you!
There has been so much zucchini (courgettes as we say in the UK) growing in the garden. What to do? What to do? Well, I’ve left one of them to grow as big as it can…just for fun, and I baked some muffins today. Really easy recipe and instead of taking pics I filmed a video just for you!
