Dia, thank you for this recipe!!! I made this yesterday. I can’t have soy right now so I made a custard using millet flour (vanilla almond milk, a little millet flour, pinch of sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, pinch of salt). Also I had a couple of native bananas (I live in the Bahamas) that were super sweet that I just mashed – not too much, into the custard. Heaven!!!! My finicky husband even thought it was “perfect”!
