I wanted to point out that I only had these jumbo muffin cases on hand, and so it makes the muffins look like they didn't rise, when they did! I promise! I got the Kenwood Chef as an early bday present a couple weeks ago, and it is soooo much fun. I couldn't believe I used to do all that stuff by hand before.
